These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") set forth the terms and conditions applicable to the use of games developed and operated by Dongguan Entropy Technology Co., Ltd ("Entropy"), which are provided by Entropy to users ("Users"). Entropy's games and game applications are referred to respectively as "Games" and the "Application."

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Users may access and use the Application free of charge, provided that the User fully accepts these Terms and Conditions, regardless of their version. Accordingly, Users should carefully read these Terms and Conditions before accessing and using the Games. If a User does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, they shall not play the Games. Users acknowledge that they have the legal capacity to be bound by the obligations arising from their actions through the Application.

Users' use of the Application expressly acknowledges that Internet transmissions are not entirely private or secure. Users understand that any messages or information sent through the Application may be read or intercepted by third parties, even if they have been informed that the transmission is encrypted.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

Entropy reserves the right to modify and/or update these Terms and Conditions. Any material modifications will be notified to Users in advance in accordance with applicable law, for their acceptance or rejection. Updates related to the operation of the Application and Games, as well as minor modifications and/or updates that have only a negligible impact on the balance of the obligations performed by the contracting parties, may be implemented without prior notice, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions shall not have retroactive effect.

Eligibility and User Obligations

Minors may use the Application and Games only under the strict supervision and control of their parents or legal guardians, who must determine whether the minors under their care have sufficient maturity to understand the rules of the Games.

The processing of personal data of minor Users is subject to the Privacy Policy. Parents and legal guardians are reminded that, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the legal age for obtaining consent for data protection purposes is 16 years of age for minors. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that the minors under their care comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Content Restrictions

The Applications contain various materials, including information, graphics, images, designs, and other content, including but not limited to the Games. The following actions are prohibited with respect to such content:

• Unauthorized Use: Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly communicate, transform, or modify the content without the written authorization of Entropy.
• Infringement of Rights: Users may not infringe upon the rights of Entropy or third parties.
• Improper Access: Users may not attempt to access the content in any manner not permitted by the Application, particularly where such actions could cause harm to Entropy, the Application, the Games, or third parties.

Prohibited Conduct

Users shall bear full responsibility for any illegal or improper use of the Application and Games. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Interference: Using the Application and Games to cause damage, inefficiency, interruption, or similar defects to the functionality or electronic structure of Entropy or third parties.
• Malware Distribution: Disseminating malware, viruses, or similar programs, or posting offensive, terrorist, racist, defamatory, or pornographic content.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Infringing upon the intellectual and industrial property rights of Entropy or third parties.
• Data Collection: Collecting information or data from Entropy's services or systems, or attempting to decipher information transmitted between our servers.

Warranties and Representations

Entropy is committed to ensuring the accuracy, usefulness, and reliability of the information and content provided through its Games. However, Users should be aware that Entropy cannot guarantee that the Games will always operate perfectly, nor that they are entirely free of errors or bugs.

Therefore, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Entropy makes no warranties, guarantees, or assumes any liability with respect to the following:

• Continuity of Content: The continuous availability of content within the Games.
• Error-Free Content: The absence of errors in such content.
• Security Measures: The indefensibility of the Application or Games or the impossibility of breaching their security measures.
• Utility and Performance of Content: The utility or performance of the content within the Games.
• Server and Security Failures: Failures caused by attacks on servers of Entropy or third-party service providers, as well as technical or system security failures that impede the functionality of the Games.

Copyright Infringement Notices

If a User believes that their work has been copied in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, the User must provide Entropy with the following written information:

• An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
• A description of where the allegedly infringing content is located within the Application.
• An address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement by the User that they have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement by the User, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that the User is the copyright owner or is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
